This is a fun and free drop-in making activity for all ages and abilities in conjunction with the 2024 North Sydney Art Prize.
Meet at the ‘The Cottage Verandah'. Follow the signs on the day! No need to book, just drop in between 10.30am and 1pm on Sundays 19 or 26 May.
About the North Sydney Art Prize
North Sydney Council's biennial art prize at the Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability features over 90 Australian artists. Selected artworks respond to a curatorial theme addressing local and global concerns including sustainability, climate action, and consumer culture. The diverse selection includes printmaking, drawing, painting, photography, sculptures, textiles, new media, and site-specific installations displayed throughout the Centre’s unique post-industrial setting including the subterranean tunnels and chambers.
During the Art Prize, there is a wide range of activities for all ages, including:
