Is your New Year’s Resolution to learn to dance?
Here’s the perfect place to start. Our first 1940’s/50’s style jive class of 2026 in Canterbury will be especially aimed at complete dancing beginners with some simple moves.
No partner needed as we have the option of changing dance partners throughout the class.
Plus as a bonus we will give simple instructions in a line dance popular in swing and rock’n’roll clubs called the Rockabilly Stroll.
If you’ve not been to a dance class before wear loose comfortable everyday clothes and shoes that don’t grip the floor too much, and bring some water for hydration.
£6/£5 reduced (unemployed, retired, student or NHS staff) per person, cash only on the door.
After the class you’re welcome to join us for a drink at the Mooring.
