Lamrim—Tibetan for “Stages of the Path to Enlightenment”—organises the vast teachings of Buddhism into a clear, practical path anyone can follow, guiding you step by step to cultivate inner peace, compassion, and wisdom.
In this practical 3-week series, you will learn how to:
Establish a daily meditation routine that fits your life.
Learn how to engage in contemplative and placement meditation to effect deep inner transformation.
Integrate insights from your formal meditation practice into daily life, so that your thoughts, actions, and speech are naturally inspired by your practice—this is known as “bringing daily appearances into the Path.”
Whether you are new to Lamrim meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this series provides clear guidance, practical tools, and support to make Lamrim a natural and empowering part of your everyday life—bringing clarity, joy, and spiritual growth with every step.

Sessions last for an hour and a quarter to allow for more discussion.
They are suitable for those with more advanced experience of Buddhist meditation. Classes can be attended on a drop-in basis, as each session is self-contained. Light refreshments will be served before or after the class.
