In this uplifting 3-week series, Buddhist teacher Nicola will introduce practical Kadampa Buddhist meditations and gentle insights that help you refresh your mind from the inside out.
Together with Nicola, you will explore how to let go of old habits, transform unhelpful thought patterns, and open the door to more confidence, joy, and inner freedom. You will learn simple, effective practices that make meditation a transformative part of your daily life, allowing your reset to become a lasting, positive shift.
Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers an encouraging space to slow down, breathe, and start again—with a clearer mind and a brighter outlook for the year ahead.
Come as you are—no experience needed. Each class stands alone, so feel free to drop in any week.
Everyone is welcome!
Sessions last for an hour. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Classes can be attended on a pay as you go basis, as each session is self-contained. Light refreshments will be served before or after the class.
About this series: This series aims to teach effective, meditation-based solutions to everyday problems taken from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition.
