Deep relaxation at the beautiful Insole Court Mansion Cardiff 😊🙏🟠 Thursday - October 30th - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
🟠 We will start with 1 hour of Hatha Yoga and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition before a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments. To finish there will be organic Green & Blacks chocolates (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
🟠 All abilities are welcome, come and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, pillow and 2 blankets. Anything you need to be comfortable.
🟠 If you have any dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free etc), please fill in the questions on the booking form. Spaces are limited, if you have any questions, please feel free to message.
