Join us this January for a Hatha–Yin blended class.
We’ll begin with strengthening and balancing Hatha asanas, then gradually transition into gentle Yin postures to slow down and restore.
The Maria’s soundtrack will guide our experience, creating a curated atmosphere.
No experience is needed, props & mats are provided.
