Step out of the work week and into a space of rest.
This candlelit after-work sound bath & cacao gathering offers a gentle way to decompress, reset the nervous system, and ease into the evening.
Held in soft, low light, the session is designed to help you transition out of work mode and into a slower, more grounded state. We’ll begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, before moving into a deeply immersive sound journey using Tibetan bowls, crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, gentle percussion, and layered frequencies to support relaxation and release.
No experience is needed — just arrive as you are.
This session is ideal if you’re looking for:
– an alternative to Thursday after-work drinks
– relief from mental overload or sensory fatigue
– a calm, grounding way to end the day
– a moment of stillness and reflection in the city
Your Facilitator
Emma is a sound healer and creative practitioner who works with sound as a tool for rest, reflection, and inner listening. She creates gentle, grounded spaces where people can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves.

5:30PM - 7:00PM, Protein Studios, 31 New Inn Yard, London EC2A 3EY
Arrival
Doors open at 5:20PM. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in so we can begin together on time. Late entry is not possible once the session has started, in order to protect the experience for everyone.
