This Valentines’s weekend, we are turning the focus inward at Sacred SoundBridge with a different kind of love - one that begins within ✨The next meditation and sound bath session at South Hykeham Village Hall is Sunday 15th February where we will be creating a self-love sanctuary 💖

This session will include elements of mindful self compassion, a healing practice which is very close to my heart.
Your relationship with yourself is the most important one you will ever have. It is the foundation for how you love, receive and connect with the world around you.
At this sound bath you are invited to slow down, soften and meet yourself with compassion. Through sound, meditation and stillness we create space to listen inwardly without judgement. A gentle reminder that you are already enough. Simply allow yourself to rest, receive and be held by the vibrations. 💗
