Candle-lit Festive : Restorative Yoga Workshop
Saturday 13th December 2pm – 5pm
The Didsbury Parsonage, Stenner Lane, Didsbury, M20 2RQ
During this workshop we will explore the deeply relaxing practice of Restorative yoga, focusing on stilling meditative practices. An opportunity to turn inward, slow down, soften more deeply. Exploring a series of Restorative poses supported by props such as bolsters and blankets, allowing release of our muscles, deep nourishment, rest, and relaxation. There will also be an opportunity to explore the deeply profound, relaxing practice of yoga nidra.
Leave feeling refreshed and restored and ready to face the Christmas shopping again.
My workshops are kept small and intimate to allow for greater personal attention.
These workshops are held at The Didsbury Parsonage, a beautiful Grade II listed building set in a magical secret garden.
