This session is open to everyone from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. It’s an evening dedicated to slowing down, calming the mind, and gently reconnecting with the breath. As we allow the natural rhythm of our breath to guide us, you’ll be led into a soothing guided meditation.
There will be moments of peaceful silence, giving you the space to listen to the quiet whispers of the body and simply be.
