About this Event
Fire is one of our most sacred teachers. Not only does it teach us about our own inner fire, but it blazes with ancient wisdom. This evening’s meditation will use the power and the hypnotic flicker of a candle to deepen our meditation practice. Each participant will receive a candle to meditate with during the Sacred Sound Journey. Sound has been used for thousands of years to not only create physical healing but sound vibration breaks through unconscious barriers and allows us to reach new layers of our being. The Sacred Sound Journey will be accompanied by gongs, singing bowls, drums, and other healing acoustic instruments.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring a notebook if you would like to write anything down that comes up during the meditation. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled before the start time of the meditation.
Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the meditation. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend please reach out at least 24 hours before the start of the meditation class.
