Yes, you’ll learn first aid that actually fits real motorcycle incidents (not generic classroom theory) but we also cover the stuff that keeps you from needing first aid in the first place.

- What to do at a crash scene (and what not to do) so you don’t make things worse
- Rider-first first aid skills for the injuries we actually see on the road
- Scene management + safety (traffic, bystanders, mates in shock, calling for help properly)
- Real-world decision making when things go sideways because panic isn’t a plan
- The “before you ride” mindset: gear, prep, awareness, and the small choices that get you home
- Mental Health how to protect, reduce and support your mental health, including anxiety, stress, panic, worry and future thoughts
