THE RESET™ is a structured, in-person guided experience designed to help the body and mind experience steadiness again.
This 90-minute experience follows a carefully designed six-step process that gradually settles the nervous system and prepares the mind for the most important part of the experience: guided hypnotherapy.
The earlier stages help release accumulated tension, shift the body out of stress mode, and create the internal conditions that allow the hypnotherapy process to work more effectively.
Participants remain fully aware and in control throughout the entire experience.
A Multi-Sensory Environment
THE RESET™ is designed as a multi-sensory experience that supports the nervous system through several channels simultaneously.
The environment incorporates elements of sight, sound, and scent, including:
• layered sound frequencies and guided audio designed to encourage deep relaxation
• carefully selected visual cues that promote calm and inward focus
• custom-blended therapeutic essential oil aromatherapy to support relaxation
Together, these elements help encourage the brain to move toward the theta brainwave state, a deeply relaxed state associated with heightened receptivity during hypnotherapy.
This multi-sensory approach helps create the internal conditions that allow the hypnotherapy portion of the experience to work more effectively.
The Six-Step Reset Process
Participants are guided through a carefully structured sequence designed to gradually move the nervous system from tension toward calm and prepare the mind for hypnotherapy.
1. Somatic Release
Gentle shaking and rhythmic movement help release stored physical tension and reduce nervous system activation.
2. Energy Regulation (Qi Gong)
Simple Qi Gong movements help shift internal energy, release lingering stress responses, and bring the body back toward balance.
3. Mindful Energy Center Awareness
A guided internal awareness exercise designed to help open and clear the body’s seven primary energy centers while deepening the mind–body connection.
4. Nervous System Safety Breathing
A short breathing sequence designed to signal safety to the nervous system and support the transition into deeper relaxation.
5. Hypnotic Descent
Participants are gently guided into a deeply relaxed and focused state of awareness while remaining fully aware and in control.
6. Hypnotherapeutic Imprinting
While in this receptive state, carefully structured hypnotherapy supports the development of new patterns of calm, safety, and internal steadiness.

About the Facilitator
Jillian Levy is a licensed brain health trainer through Amen University, holds a certification in Neuroscience through MIT, and is a certified applied hypnotherapist, specializing in neuroscience-based mindset transformation, nervous system regulation, and subconscious pattern change.
