About this Event
As we approach the Spring Equinox, we’re gathering for a small, intentional afternoon designed to help you slow down and reset.
Many of us carry stress in our digestion.
Many of us crave steadier rhythms.
Many of us simply need space to breathe and reconnect.
Calm & Nourish a guided experience helping you relax deeply into your body.
We’ll begin with a slow, seasonal grounding walk through the park by noticing what’s emerging as winter gives way to spring.
From there, we’ll transition into the studio for:
• Restorative, breath-centered movement
• A conversation about nervous system regulation and digestion
• Seasonal, plant-forward nourishment
• Sound immersion for deep relaxation
• Tea and connection
The intention is simple:
To help you feel calmer, lighter, and more at home in your body as we move into spring.
This afternoon is especially supportive if you:
• Experience stress-related digestive discomfort
• Feel tension in your body that’s hard to unwind
• Want to reset your relationship with food gently
• Crave meaningful, in-person connection
We’re capping this gathering at 20 people to keep the container intentional and intimate.
