About your instructor:
Janice is from Buffalo, NY #gobills!!! With a mental health focus and BA in Psychology she worked in social services for most of her career. After many years in the corporate world, Janice wanted to serve the community in her own way an became a yoga instructor creating Core Wellness. Janice is intentional to help others physically and mentally; focusing on both body movement and stillness of the mind.
