About this Event
Life has a way of disrupting our peace, whether it be from personal circumstances or from what is playing out on the world stage. This meditation is focused on calling back our peace, to ground into the present moment, so we can move forward in life with love and clarity, instead of adding to more of the confusion. We hear often about calling back our energy from people or situations but how are we calling back our peace? This guided meditation will be accompanied with a sound healing immersion to help bring the mind, body, and spirit back into its natural alignment of peace. Take in the healing vibrations from a series of gongs, singing bowls, drums, and other acoustic instruments to allow you to go deeper into your meditation.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring a notebook if you would like to write anything down that comes up during the meditation. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled before the start time of the meditation.
Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the meditation. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hours before the start of the meditation class.
