The Mansfield Trail Horse Riding Club is coming together for something important — and we’d love you to be part of it.On Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st May, we’re holding a Working Bee at Razorback Hut, Mt Stirling to restore the public horse yards and make them safe, functional, and welcoming for everyone who rides in our region.
As a Mansfield-based club, this is our chance to give back to the local community and the trails we all value. These yards are used by many — including our own members — and right now, they need some care.
We’ll be working alongside the Licensed Tour Operators (LTOs), who are generously supplying materials. What we need now is you — your time, your effort, and your tools.
🔨 What we’ll be doing:
Replacing the outside fencing
Clearing logs, sticks, and debris
Making the yards safe and horse-friendly again
Whether you can give a few hours or the whole weekend, your contribution will genuinely make a difference.
🔥 Make a weekend of it:
A camp roast dinner will be provided on Saturday night
All other meals are BYO
BYO camping gear and enjoy a great night under the stars with fellow members
This is more than just a working bee — it’s about community, connection, and taking pride in the places we ride.
