About this Event
Get a taste of what personalized coaching can do. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced we will discuss your goals with a 15-minute consultation. After that, we will head to the gym floor where I will run some tests to check your level.
HOW DOES A TASTER SESSION WORKS?
A taster session includes :
1.CONSULTATION : where I will collect some information from you . Key pieces of information include:

- Fitness goals
- Lifestyle information
2.TEST : this is an assessment that it can consist in :
- Overall Health.
- Body Composition.
- Cardiovascular Endurance.
- Muscular Strength and Endurance.
- Flexibility.
