Over 20 years ago, Tom Stolpman discovered what he believes to be one of the greatest viticultural sites on Earth. Hidden in the hills of California’s Central Coast, on a rare Limestone outcropping and unobstructed from the Pacific Ocean wind, a unique land naturally suited to grow Syrah and Roussanne grapes came to be what we now know as Stolpman Vineyards
In 2009, Tom’s son Peter joined the family business after working in various aspects of wine distribution. Stolpman Vineyards has now grown to produce several cuveés. They are committed to preserving their natural environment through conscious and dry farming, as well as sustainable employment to help preserve the integrity of such stunning Syrahs, Grenaches, Chenins, and more!
It is a pleasure to have Peter join us at Tria for this special one-night-only Meet the Winemaker as we dive headfirst into six special wines that define what it means to be Stolpman.
Come with an open mind and palate. As always, tasty Tria snacks will be served, and we encourage you to join us for Tria's Happier Hour from 4 to 6 pm before class!
Bottles will be available for sale after the class.
