About The Red Hollow

The Red Hollow transports readers to Warwickshire in 1934, where Red Hollow Hall, a male-only sanitorium, becomes the epicentre of a chilling mystery. With patients fleeing and eerie disturbances escalating, private detective William Garrett and new detective Phyll Hall are drawn into a world where the line between reality and madness blurs. The haunting tale explores themes of the occult, psychological terror, and grisly M**der, with a backdrop inspired by the real-life Caldecote Hall.

Praise for The Red Hollow:

"A truly splendid, wicked gem of a book. I loved it."
Tom Mead, author of Death and the Conjuror

"The Red Hollow is a swirling, Gothic fever-dream of a novel that cements Marlow's place at the very top of the historical crime writing tree."
Mark Wightman, author of Chasing the Tiger

Marlow's latest work follows her critically acclaimed debut, Needless Alley which is set in the backstreets of Birmingham, and continues to showcase her unique talent in blending historical settings with dark, compelling narratives.
