Cali Session | Playful movement, Calisthenics and Animal Flow

is a weekly community gathering in Berlin where we train our bodies, expand our limits, and reconnect with ourselves and each other.

Through calisthenics, primal movement, and playful physical challenges, we explore what the body is capable of, while creating a space of trust, openness, and non-judgment.

This is not just about fitness.
It’s about showing up fully as you are.

In many fitness environments people perform, compete, or hide their light.

Here we do the opposite.

We create a safe and welcoming environment where you can:

Ashraf Alali is a Psychologist, Yoga teacher, Life coach, and community facilitator.
Ashraf brings together movement practice, personal development, and deep human connection to create spaces where people can grow physically and emotionally.
