Bonner to our kitchens on Friday, May 1st for a high-energy, Cajun-inspired demonstration class featuring some of his greatest hits!Chef Bonner is the talent behind Bulrushes Café and Caney Creek Catering Food Truck, where he brings bold flavors and Southern flair to every dish. A celebrated competitor, Bob is a two-time Grand Champion of the National Oyster Festival (2014 & 2016) and earned Second Place in the Seafood Category at the 2017 World Food Championship.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Demonstration: The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
