Participants will work hands-on to craft their own sour confections, experimenting with flavors, textures, and finishing techniques. Along the way, you’ll learn about the ingredients that create sourness, how to control intensity, and how to achieve the perfect bite—whether you like a gentle zing or full-on face-puckering power.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Ages 10 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
