In this immersive experience, you’ll explore how to quiet external distractions, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and strengthen trust in your own inner voice.
This is not about learning to be someone else. It is about remembering the wisdom that has always been yours.
Through ceremonial cacao, breathwork, sound, Reiki, and EMDR- and NLP-informed experiential practices, you’ll be invited into a state of deeper presence where insight, clarity, and intuitive knowing can naturally arise.
Whether you’re seeking direction, healing, clarity in relationships, or a stronger connection to yourself, this experience is designed to help you listen inward and access the guidance already within you.
The Embodied Arcana Series
Embodied Arcana is a live experiential journey through the wisdom of the tarot archetypes.
Each gathering explores a different archetype through embodied practices, sound, and guided experiences designed to help you integrate the qualities of that archetype into your life.
This month, we explore The High Priestess — the archetype of intuition, inner truth, and sacred wisdom.
If The Magician teaches us how to shape reality through conscious creation, The High Priestess teaches us how to discern what is truly aligned before we act.
She invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and trust the subtle wisdom that reveals itself through sensation, dreams, synchronicity, and inner knowing.

Arrival & Timing
To support a grounded and immersive experience, we invite you to arrive 10–15 minutes early.
The experience will take place on the 4th floor, and doors will close 15 minutes after the start time to honor the container and minimize disruption during the guided practices.
Cushions will be provided for comfort. You are also welcome to bring any personal comfort items that help you feel more at ease in the space, such as a blanket, pillow, crystals, or anything else that supports your experience.
We recommend arriving early to allow yourself time to settle, connect, and fully step into the experience.
This is an intimate, immersive experience with limited space available.
