This immersive Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Journey combines the pure, harmonic vibrations of 432Hz crystal singing bowls. with the gentle, melodic tones of Koshi chimes tuned to the four elements—Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
We begin with a cacao ceremonywhich is a heart-opening, intentional ritual rooted in ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions, designed to promote self-love, emotional healing, and spiritual connection. Participants drink ceremonial-grade cacao—a gentle plant medicine—to facilitate meditation, journaling, or movement, helping to release emotional blocks, increase mindfulness, and foster a deeper connection to oneself and others
Followed by a meditation settling you into your body and the present moment and to open your awareness. Then, as the crystal bowls wash over you, You will be taken away as their healing frequencies work to clear energy blockages, calm your nervous system, and bring your body’s energy centres (chakras) back into alignment.
