Cacao Earth Dance is a gentle cacao gathering, a space to come back from the mind into the heart, body, and the ground beneath us.With cacao as a heart medicine, we take time to arrive, listen inward, and connect with what is already alive within us.This is not a formal ceremony, but a warm and sacred space held with lightness, presence, and care.
The invitation is to soften, feel, and allow the body to express what words often cannot.Joy, grief, tenderness, longing, playfulness, and aliveness are all welcome.
We open by connecting with the earth, the stars, and the larger movements of life around us. Through dance, we let emotions move naturally through the body.
At the end, we close with a five-element dance, creating a grounded and beautiful completion for the journey.
