About the Ceremony
This January gathering invites you to begin the new year from the heart.
We will sit in ceremony with Mama Cacao — pure ceremonial drinking chocolate — as a way to slow down, reflect, and consciously step into who you are becoming. This experience is designed to support heart connection, clarity, and intention-setting through presence, ritual, and embodied exploration.
Together, we will share cacao and be guided through:
- Intentional reflection and meditation
- Journeying to a curated musical soundscape
- Expressive arts and embodied movement (optional)
This ceremony creates space to listen inward, release what no longer serves, and connect with what is quietly emerging as the year begins.
Why Cacao
Cacao ceremonies offer a gentle, heart-opening experience that supports emotional awareness, presence, and connection. Rooted in the Indigenous traditions of Central and South America, cacao is often referred to as a teacher of the heart, inviting us to soften, feel, and relate more deeply — with ourselves and with one another.
No prior experience with cacao or ceremony is needed. Simply arrive as you are.
Facilitators
This ceremony is hosted by Pramilda Zackhariyas and Zachary Seto.
Pramilda is a mother, artist, life purpose coach, speaker, plant medicine integration coach, and expressive arts therapist-in-training. Her work is rooted in long-term relationship with sacred plant medicines, beginning with her first plant dieta in the Peruvian Amazon in 2014. She approaches this path as a lifelong student, honoring the ceremonial and relational nature of the medicine while supporting individuals in integrating insight, regulating the nervous system, and living in alignment with their truth.
Pramilda will be co-facilitating alongside her son, Zachary Seto, a professional dancer who brings embodied awareness through movement and a lived relationship with ceremonial cacao.
Together, they have been hosting monthly cacao ceremonies since 2022 with a shared intention to cultivate heart connection, embodiment, and community.
