Join me in community for our monthly Cacao Ceremony—a heart-centered container for healing, awakening, and meaningful connection.We will share ceremonial cacao, a gentle yet powerful heart-opening plant medicine known for expanding spiritual awareness, deepening connection, and inviting inner stillness. The experience will be lovingly supported by breathwork, energy healing, music, sound, and intentional integration.
What to Expect:
Sacred Heart Medicine: Savor a cup of 100% ceremonial grade cacao, a heart-opening medicine crafted into a warm chocolate drink. Choose to drink it or simply sit in the energy of the medicine during the experience. You also have the opportunity to deepen your journey with one or more of the following:
Blue Lotus – Enhances intuitive clarity, softens the heart, and deepens inner vision
Mycrodose – A gentle invitation into the subconscious for healing and soul alignment
Hapé – A traditional sacred tobacco snuff to ground, cleanse, and connect with nature
Journey in Sacred Space: Engage in meditation and shamanic journeying, complemented by sound healing, shamanic drumming, essential oils, music activation, reiki energy healing, smoke cleansing, and community connection.
Song Circle: Experience vibrational healing through song—immersing yourself in Kirtan chanting and medicine music, with a heartfelt invitation to sing along and join the collective harmony.
Intention + Ritual: Set intentions rooted in gratitude, release, and spiritual clarity and connect to your intuition, spirit guides, and divine source energy as you enjoy a blend of meditation, breathwork, and healing practices.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, coffee mug (or your favorite cup), journal, writing utensils, any spiritual tools you like to have near, and any items you’d like to represent your intention on the altar.
Offerings for the altar to honor your intention, our community space, and/or the spring equinox and the goddess, Ostara, the primary goddess of the spring equinox, symbolizing dawn, fertility, and renewal.
