What is a Cacao Ceremony?
A cacao ceremony is much more than drinking chocolate; it is a heart-opening ritual designed to help participants connect deeply with themselves, others, and the world around them. Unlike regular chocolate, ceremonial cacao is minimally processed, retaining natural compounds like theobromine and antioxidants that support mood, energy, and emotional clarity. Ceremonies are often guided by a facilitator and may include meditation, intention-setting, breathwork, chanting, or journaling, allowing participants to access emotional or spiritual insights
After the ceremony, we recommend you take 10 -15 mins post session (which itself is one hour. 2 -3pm) in the wonderful patio or cafe (weather permitting) to digest and cultivate your intention.
