Join me in an evening of gratitude and intention setting in our beautiful peaceful space.
The cacao ceremony is used to open the heart spiritually through the intense raw cacao beverage, paving the way to self-love and healing. This evening will help you to rebalance yourself internally, release negativity, and restore yourself.
Using this powerful and pure form of cacao in a ceremonial setting ensures that the potent benefits and unique qualities of the cacao are truly experienced. While cacao doesn’t have ‘psychedelic’ properties, it is considered, especially in ancient cultures, to be a form of ‘plant medicine’ purely because of all of its incredible benefits. It is therefore considered a very safe, accessible and enjoyable way to experience a healing meditation. You will likely feel a heightened sense of unity, consciousness or simply a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.
Cacao increases blood flow (oxygen and nutrients) to the brain. The stimulating effects of cacao can help you to focus longer and deeper on the spiritual practice of the ceremony, like an extended meditation for example. If you often feel fidgety or distracted in meditation, you may notice that in a cacao ceremony you have razor sharp focus!
Cacao is considered a powerful anti-inflammatory, and contains powerful anti-oxidants and the flavonoids have been shown to interact with dopamine and serotonin in the body, working as a mood booster on top of the physical benefits.
You can expect a sacred space, a guided setting of intentions, pouring and drinking the cacao, and time to yourself to experience the heart-opening effects of the cacao.

Recommendations and insights:
*Avoid alcohol and caffeine the day off, especially 6 hours before.
* Your last meal should be a light one up to 2-3 hours before to receive the full loving experience of Cacao.
* Keep yourself hydrated.
* Dress Comfortable.
We do have limited gravity chairs for those that cannot lay on the floor. Please call and reserve a chair if needed.
Bring a yoga mat and if you prefer your own blanket .
We do have bolsters, yoga blankets and mats if needed.
