About this Event

Join us at The Liverpool Beatles Museum for a Group soundbath, meditation and breathwork evening with the theme of the evening being Self-Compassion.

You will learn the pillars of self compassion and and how to intergrate this into your own life, connect to your body somatically through breathwork and gentle movements and participate in a group meditation moving into a deeply restorative and energetically healing sound bath.

This is a safe space for healing, self discovery, rest and collective support.
