Guided by experienced instructor, Roisin (Yoga Therapy Liverpool), following her sold-out classes beneath Luke Jerram’s Museum of the Moon and Gaia . This special evening session (6:15–7:30pm) invites you to reconnect with yourself in the awe-inspiring setting of Liverpool Cathedral. As you flow through gentle postures and mindful breathing, the warm glow of Helios and its immersive soundscape will create a serene and uplifting atmosphere.
This practice, suitable for all levels, invites you to connect with the vibrant energy of the sun through breath, movement and mindful connection—nurturing your inner power. As always, Roisin’s signature singing voice will accompany your journey, culminating in a blissful relaxation to leave you feeling restored and uplifted.
