Roll out your mat, take a deep breath, and settle into your body!
Join us for a welcoming Pilates class created for BIPOC women to strengthen, stretch, and reconnect with themselves and each other, no experience needed. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, this session is all about building core strength, improving mobility, and moving in a way that feels supportive and energizing.
Bring water and comfy workout clothes. Mats and equipment will be provided. We’ll also have time before and after class to connect and chat in a relaxed space.
Expect intentional movement, grounding music, affirming energy, and a supportive space that celebrates you, your mind, body, and everything you carry with you. ✨
