Please join us for our 5th annual Garden Swap Event in collaboartion with Grassroots Gardens WNY! At this event, we will be swapping seeds, garden tools, plants and wisdom! We will also be hearing from our incredible guest speaker Dom from MIGHTY MEATS. Dom's passion for food and human vitality started with his company MIGHTY MEATS — blending grass-fed beef with nutrient-dense organ meats for perimenopausal and postpartum women reclaiming their strength, and athletes fueling serious performance. Nose-to-tail eating is a return to what our bodies were built on. That work deepened when I joined 5 Loaves Farm, where I saw firsthand that access to real, regeneratively grown food has a positive impact on bodies and communities. Both experiences share the same conviction: nourishing food should be available to everyone who deserves it.
