B.W. Bastian Lecture ft. Dr. Jonathan Metzl and Unsung Hero Award Ceremony

Please join the Westminster University community in celebrating our Unsung Heroes in our new event format, which combines the previously seperate Unsung Hero Award Luncheon and the B.W. Bastian Lecture series.

We will begin with recognizing Unsung Heroes in our community, followed by Dr. Jonathan Metzl's lecture, and will end with a post-event reception.

Jonathan Metzl is an acclaimed physician and sociologist who speaks, teaches, and writes on a range of topics including mental illness and gun violence, race and whiteness in America, health and healthcare, and diversity and structural competency in higher education (jonathanmetzl.com).
