All are welcome at BVNA’s General Meeting on Monday, September 15, at 7 p.m. at Palumbo Recreation Center at 725 S. 10th Street.We are pleased to be offering this one together with our friends at QVNA.
Our first guest speaker is Candice Lawton, executive director of Circular Philadelphia, will be presenting about the organization’s programs and educational opportunities.
Circular Philadelphia brings together individuals, businesses, manufacturers, institutions, local government, and policy makers to lead the shift to a circular economy in the region.
We also have a couple of local updates on a place making and walk ability improvement initiative at 6th/Passyunk, where we welcome near neighbor feedback.
We also have a PSA on rec center use by dogs, and an update on possible fence relocation, drain work and field improvements.
