BEGINNER FRIENDLY! ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
Slow down, stretch deep, and unwind with a grounding Yin Yoga practice—paired with a glass of locally crafted mead. This cozy class invites you to settle into long-held, floor-based poses that gently open the body while calming the nervous system.
Yin Yoga is slow, meditative, and deeply restorative. With plenty of support and time to relax, you’ll be guided to soften tension, breathe deeply, and enjoy mindful sips of the nectar of the gods along the way. Think ancient ritual meets modern self-care.
This will be the same flow as our last class.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Yoga blocks encouraged, but not required.
