New Jersey is home to over three dozen species of butterfly, and Allaire State Park is no exception! Join park volunteer, Geralyn the "Butterfly Wrestler", on this program to learn more about one of the most important insect species in our region: the butterfly! This outing will focus on butterflies and other pollinators as they are seen. Please meet outside the Allaire State Park Nature Center at 10 a.m. to begin the outing. Parking is in the first lot on your right just past the toll booth. This hike will last approximately 75 minutes and involve over a mile of walking. No registration is needed. All ages welcome.
