A Spring-Themed Program for Children with Disabilities

For ages 7 - 16

Butterfly Buddies is a spring-inspired program designed to help children with disabilities explore the magic of change - both in nature and in themselves. Through creative play, sensory-rich activities, and guided social interaction, participants learn about the life cycle of a butterfly in a fun, supportive, and engaging way.

As the butterflies grow and transform, children are encouraged to build confidence, cooperation, and self-expression through hands-on experiences, movement, art, and shared discovery. The program creates a safe, welcoming environment where each child can participate at their own pace.

Throughout the program, participants will observe real butterflies as they develop, leading up to a meaningful butterfly release celebration, honoring growth, patience, and new beginnings.
