Join Dr Adrian Burden for a practical workshop on how to grow a business You’ll explore straightforward ways to manage your finances, plan for the future, and make the most of your intellectual property. The session will also cover understanding company shares, approaches to fundraising, keeping financial records in good order, and strategies to scale your business. It’s designed to help you develop a more structured, strategic way of running your business—building solid foundations for long‑term success and, if desired, a future exit.
Why Projects Get Stuck: Making Better Decisions and Managing Stakeholders using Stage-Gate Governance.
6:30pm – 9pm
Learn why IT projects sometimes slow down—and how better stakeholder alignment can keep things on track. You’ll be introduced to the Cooper’s Stage‑Gate Model and simple techniques for mapping stakeholders and running more effective gate reviews. You’ll also be given mini simulations and reflective exercises that can help you to improve real‑world project outcomes.
