Who is this event aimed at?
The general public, BCS members, university, college and school students, local businesspeople and anyone interested in understanding project management, stakeholders, decision making, and improving project outcomes.
SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY: Dr Vessela Warren.
Dr Vessela Warren brings extensive experience in senior operations and project management across international construction, engineering, and hydropower projects. She has also led the implementation of EU-funded cross-country projects. Her experience spans new business launches, capital investment portfolios and process re-engineering. Vessela specialises in Stage-Gate implementation for SMEs combining strategic innovation management with hands-on project execution. She is passionate about helping professionals understand complex governance processes, improve stakeholder management and make better project decisions that drive results.
