This full-day session is designed to help you stop overthinking and turn your idea into a clear, structured plan.

But by actually doing the work.

This session is based on , developed through years of building and supporting multiple ventures.
Rather than learning it in theory, you’ll apply it directly to your own idea, step by step, throughout the day.
This first edition will be co-facilitated with , who will be joining only for this session.
If you’ve been thinking about moving forward with an idea, this is a rare opportunity to get direct input from Hector and structure in one day.

Hector Ara Sanz brings decades of entrepreneurial experience (+45 companies built, including his most famous venture Suanfarma) and a doctoral research into why ventures fail.
Léa, entrepreneur and former startup founder, helps early-stage founders take action and get clarity quickly in the midst of uncertainty. She has built multiple ideas herself, some worked, many didn’t, but all of them shaped the way she approaches building today.
