I was very encouraged by some very positive feedbacks. If you have read them and would like to further explore the contents and process/steps described in these articles, I would like to invite you to join me and a few other local Cincinnati business owners in a Roundtable discussion and workshop. We will use examples from a few real local companies, and see how the process not only help them establish robust strategic plans, but also drive them to focus on execution, hold the teams accountable to accomplish the goals they identified, and generate expected results every year.
There is no obligation to participate in these work sessions. Just open knowledge-sharing, idea exchange, and productive, insightful and maybe sometimes animated group discussions.
