Info: In this first session in the program, you will learn about business negotiations, and consider the characteristics of successful negotiations, the steps in the typical negotiating process, and the skills you will need to develop to become a highly successful negotiator.

Info: Successful business negotiations require planning and careful preparation. In this session, you will learn how to analyze the context and your negotiating partners (your clients), how to set clear objectives and develop your negotiating strategy, positions and fall backs.

MASTERCLASS SESSION 3: Managing the Negotiations (Week 3)
Info: In this final session, we explore the steps involved in the actual negotiation process, including defining your opening positions, conducting successful bargaining, and learn tools and techniques to deal with typical challenges (such aggressive customers and win loose bargaining). In addition, you will also learn how to successfully close negotiations and enable successful follow-up.
