About this Event
How to REALLY Sell. A workshop for small business owners
Almost all small businesses have one BIG problem:
How can we get more customers to:
- Notice us?
- Be interested in us?
- Buy from us?
Marketing systems usually promise great results, but so often, the reality falls quite a long way short! So you’re left confused:
- You know you need to do something to find and attract customers
- But you don’t know what to do or who to trust
- This can be stressful and demoralising!
In this workshop, we’ll explore the real issues that get in the way of you finding and winning customers and what you can REALLY do about this, without spending a fortune on marketing, or giving away your margin.
You will leave with confidence and clarity on what structure and actions will work for you, and how to get them going in your business.
We will cover:
1. What’s the REAL problem
2. What order to do things in (there’s no point in filling a bucket if it’s full of leaks!)
3. How to structure your sales and marketing
4. How to improve results every week, step by step
5. How to keep improving
There will be full resources given, so you can leave with all the tools you need to put these habits into action straight away. There is nothing to buy or sign up to: just genuinely helpful advice and tools!
About Your Trainer
Guy Arnold
Guy is an unconventional business adviser who helps owners of small businesses build sales and profits through reputation, loyalty and referrals … above all else.
Guy has run his own businesses and worked with fast-growing start-ups and large businesses, always focusing on business building through customer reputation and loyalty, and he has written 3 books on this subject.
He has had big successes in business and also some reasonably sized failures: the key is to learn from successes and avoid what causes failures!
He can help you by examining your approach to customers and helping you develop simple systems, and step-by-step changes to get even better results by getting customers to want to buy more from you, buy again and again and tell all their friends about you.
Here’s some feedback from recent work through the BIPC
