The month concludes with focused workshops on structuring a compelling business plan that secures grants and loans.
  • 3. From Plan to Action
Participants will dive into business market analysis, create robust financial projections, and explore alternative real estate opportunities. The final week offers optional modules on investing in property deeds, tax liens, and foreclosure properties to deepen asset-building strategies.
