Bushy Pony: Volume 2: Self-Portraits Finissage PERFORMANCE

As part of the finissage of Bushy Pony Vol. 2 – Self-Portraits, Bushy Pony presents a special performance by Iris Schleuss.

“Suicide me” is a touching and darkly comic one-woman puppet piece.
A depressed teenager has had enough and is fully determined to end her life. But every suicide attempt fails for one absurd reason: she is a puppet — made of fabric, wood, and stuffing.

Balancing vulnerability, black humor, and absurdity, the piece opens a strange and moving space between despair and theatrical impossibility.
