About this Event
An informal gathering to reconnect, reflect, and recharge
Caring for others is meaningful work—but it also takes a toll. Clinicians across all settings carry emotional labor, heavy caseloads, complex client needs, and the ongoing pressure to “hold it all together.” Over time, this can quietly build into burnout.
This informal, island-wide gathering invites clinicians to come together for an open, honest conversation about burnout in our profession—what it looks like, why it happens, and, most importantly, how we can protect our well-being while continuing to serve others sustainably.
Through guided discussion and practical sharing, we’ll explore the risks of burnout, warning signs, and realistic strategies that clinicians can use to care for themselves, set boundaries, and maintain professional fulfillment.
This is not a lecture—it’s a supportive space to learn from one another, reflect on our own practice, and walk away with actionable tools for staying grounded.
