About this Event

🍽️✨ The Bunta Chef Series presents an afternoon of food, conversation and craft beer

Join us for an intimate afternoon that brings together craft beer, culinary storytelling and a fresh perspective on regional Indian cuisine.

For this edition, Chef Sohini Banerjee (Smoke & Lime) presents a modern interpretation of Bengali cuisine, celebrating the depth, balance and nuance of one of India’s most distinctive culinary traditions. Featured in Vogue and The Telegraph, Sohini is reshaping how Bengali food is experienced in the UK through thoughtful, contemporary cooking.

For one evening only, Bunta Beer moves beyond the glass - thoughtfully paired throughout the menu and reimagined as an ingredient within selected dishes, designed to complement bold flavours, spice and fermentation.

The evening will be hosted by Gunikka Ahuja, founder of Bunta Beer, who will share the story behind building the UK’s first non-alcoholic beer created specifically for Indian food, followed by a relaxed salon-style conversation exploring flavour, culture and the future of modern Indian dining.

About Bunta Beer Co.
Bunta Beer is the world’s first non-alcoholic Indian craft beer, created to pair perfectly with bold, spice-led cuisine.
