About this Event
Yoga is a wonderful way to invite energy into the body and mind. This class will cultivate inner and outer stamina through breathwork and build strength through postures. Not to mention the added serotonin boost from the bunnies bouncing around the space!
Kat began practicing yoga in high school to balance the physical demands of sports and the emotional growing pains of adolescence. She is currently working towards her Advanced Teacher Training and loves to teach yoga because it allows people to strengthen and stretch their bodies, while also empowering their breath, mind, and spirit.
All levels welcome, ages 8+. Participants are encourged to bring their own mat as only a limited number are available for use. Class begins promptly at 7:15 so please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
